Write your review here: A must when in ST. Kitts. As all the reviews I have read so far, I stand by them all - I have not read a negative one so far and I do not foresee one in the near future. I personally met this man and wife team, Val & Shanta, who does all the preparation and cooking and the wife makes all the different types of Roti. It is really a sensation - these mouth watering roti - you can't get enough.

Before I went to St. Kitts I also read about asking them about special order and freezing them for me to bring back to Miami - it worked. I still have two more and I am saving those for a very special occasion. Try it when you get there and tell me about it when you get back.
